NURSING HOME UPDATE

I know I told you all about me having cellulitus and going to the hospital but I had to go back at the beginning of this month for surgery on my left ear.

It started when I saw last year on the discovery health channel about this guy whose ear would constantly pop like he was changing altitude. When he went to the doctor, they found a growth behind his eardrum that had ate its way through the mastoid bone to where part of his brain had slipped into his ear canal. Well, I had the popping and dizziness like he did, so I pushed my doctor to have me sent to an ENT specialist. Sure enough I had a similar grown behind my eardrum. Luckily for me, it had only made a tiny hole in the mastoid bone which the doctor repaired. So, now I'm doing better with no more popping in my ear and no dizzy spells. Sometimes it pays to watch tv.
