Sounds interesting. I'm wondering if it would be a feasible plan?? Is this something you are thinking or have you read this is what is on the agenda? I can't see the companies allowing same pay.
Maybe the companies won't want to do it, but it would stop jobs from leaving the US, and would definitely stop illegals from crossing over. Why come here when you get paid the same at home. And some of those jobs that they are sending to India could be filled by people like me or those coming back from the war. How hard is it to operate a call center? I did it for 3 yrs. And Americana's wouldn't be trusting their personal information to someone on foreign soil. Credit card companies, food stamp offices, and others are shipping their call centers to India.
