4 FETUSES FOUND AT THE HOME OF A MOTHER OF 4

BABIES

A 37 yr old mother of 4 was arrested after police, investigating a story about a woman who had recently gave birth with no apparent baby. When police came to her house, the found her pre-term fetus wrapped in a blanket in the bathroom. As they further searched, they found another 3 fetuses. They are trying to determine if the fetuses are hers and if they were still borns or aborted fetuses.

GOLDMAN'S FAMILY GETS RIGHTS TO O.J.'S BOOK

GOLDMAN

A bankruptcy judge granted the rights to O.J. Simpson's book to settle a $38 million wrongful death lawsuit that Ron Goldman's family filed against Simpson. Bad publicity kept Simpson himself from publishing it. His book titled "If I Did It", according to Simpson, was a fictional account of how he could have committed the murders of his ex-wife Nichole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. O.J. was acquitted of those murders.

BOTTLED WATER-CONTINUED

I have heard Dansi is tap water from England. That seems dirtier than Massachusetts since we are suppose to have superior water treatment facilities. It has always seemed odd to pay for something you can drink for free.

That's the biggest rip off, you pay a dollar a bottle for something you can get basically for free by turning on the tap. I admit that some cities' tap water doesn't taste all that great and some cities have had to improve their treatment plants due to crytospiridium that hit Milwaukee several years ago. But, you can buy water filters that fit on the faucet that will catch such things but will also improve the taste of the water.

DRUNK IN SPACE

Goes to show no matter the position held.......humans are human.

True, but to have drunk astronauts responsible for billions of dollars worth of equipment is crazy.

Of course there are even drunk doctors. That's a scary thought.

LOHAN CONTINUED

Karen Y. said...

I have to wonder why none of the places she partied at while under age got in trouble. Everyone KNEW she wasn't of legal drinking age. Maybe now the celebrity above the law will end?

I doubt it because just like with Paris Hilton, bar owners pay these girls to come to their clubs because that will draw more people in to drink in those bars. Anytime any of the celebrity women are hitting certain clubs, it's the best advertising that club can get. So, I don't think they want to stop the underage celebs from drinking in those clubs.

SCOOTER LIBBY

Dennis said...

First: No one has ever been charged with leaking Valerie Plames name to Robert Novak.
Second: Richard Armitage was the one who told Robert Novak about Valerie Plame and he was under Colin Powell, not Dick Cheney. To this day, he has not been brought up on any charges and Fitzgerald doesn't plan too.
Third: Libby was charged with a process crime, not leaking her name, just a bad memory. You cna't single him out for that either, Hillary Clinton suffered from a bad memory during Whitewater and the FBI file scandal, Bill CLinton seemed to suffer from them also.
Fourth: I don't recall the exact authors name, but the woman who helped write the law that pertained to agents under cover stated that Valerie Plame was not a Covert Agent according to the Law as it was written.
Finally: The Cheney's War bit is just getting old. So is the Rumsfelds War mantra. it is a Tin Foil hat issue and is about as crazy as the FDR knowing beforehand about Pearl harbor.

This investigation went about like Kenneth Star's investigation of Bill Clinton. It started with White Water and ended up with his affair with Monica Lewinski. Libby was made the scape goat so that the one who truely released Plames identity could go free. If they really wanted to get the one who leaked Plame's identity then Armitage should be charged.

VALARIE PLAME

Dennis said...

I think we are going to find out more about this story as time goes on and I don't think Valerie Plame is going to wind up being as heroic as the media has made her

I don't think the press has made her into a heroine, but just a person whose clandestine job was ruined by someone in the White House. It would be the same as revealing the identity of undercover DEA agents. That puts their job at risk.

AQUAFINA LABELS SHOW WATER SOURCE

BOTTLED WATER

Aquafina is finally going to own up to the fact that most bottled water is just treated tap water. Some bottled water labels claim "mountain spring" or glacial water" as the source. One company has a picture of a mountain lake on the label when the actual source of the water was a tap in a parking lot next to an industrial park in Massachusetts. Since it was revealed, five bottlers that were using that source has stopped. The link below answers most questions about bottled water.

ASTRONAUTS FLYING DRUNK

DRINKING

Seeing that the space shuttle is built to fly like an airplane, no wonder some astronauts fly drunk. Airline pilots fly drunk. But then you have to wonder about the recent tragedies, whether if the crew were clear headed, would they have known they were in trouble earlier? With all the screening they go through from begining of preflight up to launch, it's a wonder no one has caught it yet.

LOHAN DOES IT AGAIN

DUI

Lindsay Lohan was just in court for DUI and has been in rehab twice, and now she has been arrested again after chasing the mother of her personal assistant at speeds of over 100 mph while two guys were sitting in the back seat fearing for their lives. When she was arrested, her blood alcohol level was 0.12 and 0.13. In CA the legal limit is 0.08. While at the police station, a white powder was found in her pocket which tested positive for cocaine. Everyone wonders if her career will survive these incidents.

CIA LEAK

Maybe not, but I don't think that Dick Cheney is going to come out clean from this either. Joe Wilson criticized the Iraqi war and Cheney wasn't going to have someone criticize his war. This time Cheney was able to do what he couldn't as Secretary of Defense and that was take out Sadam. And he wants to finish the war he didn't get to in 1991.

BAD DEAL

WEAPONS

You would think after dealing with Irag that the US would learn it's lesson. Not only that but Saudi Arabia has always been a friend that you never turned your back on. Especially since Osama Bin Ladan is a Saudi. And yet the US wants to sell them advanced weapons??? Back in the 1980's, the US sold weapons to Sadam to fight Iran, only to have some of those same weapons used against our troops in Desert Storm.

If this deal goes through, we might have to fight against those weaspons at a later time.

THE TRUTH OF MUSLIMS

I got this from my brother-in-law and I thought I would share it.

Subject: Hooray for Michigan State

The story begins at Michigan State University with a mechanical
engineering professor named Indrek Wichman. Wichman sent an e-mail to
the Muslim Student's Association. The e-mail was in response to the
students' protest of the Danish cartoons that portrayed the Prophet
Muhammad as a terrorist. The group had complained the cartoons
were "hate speech."

Enter Professor Wichman. In his e-mail, he said the following:

Dear Moslem Association:
As a professor of Mechanical Engineering here at MSU I intend to
protest your protest. I am offended not by cartoons, but by more
mundane things like beheading of civilians, cowardly attacks on
public buildings, suici de murders, murders of Catholic priests (the
latest in Turkey ), burnings of Christian churches, the continued
persecution of Coptic Christians in Egypt , the imposition of Sharia
law on non-Muslims, the rapes of Scandinavian girls and women (called
"whores" in your culture), the murder of film directors in Holland,
and the rioting and looting in Paris France . This is what offends me,
a soft-spoken person and academic, and many, many of my colleagues. I
counsel you dissatisfied, aggressive, brutal, and uncivilized slave-
trading Muslims to be very aware of this as you proceed with your
infantile "protests."
If you do not like the values of the West - see the 1st Amendment -
you are free to leave. I hope for God's sake that most of you choose
that option.
Please return to your ancestral homelands and build them up yourselves
instead of troubling Americans.

Cordially,
I. S. Wichman
Professor of Mechanical Engineering

As you can imagine, the Muslim group at the
univers ity didn't like this too well. They're demanding that Wichman
be reprimanded and the university impose mandatory diversity training
for faculty and
mandate a seminar on hate and discrimination for all freshmen.
Now the local chapter of CAIR has jumped into the fray. CAIR, the
Council on American-Islamic Relations, apparently doesn't believe that
the good professor had the right to express his opinion.

For its part, the university is standing its ground in support of
Professor Wichman , saying the e-mail was private, and they don't
intend to publicly condemn his remarks.
That will probably change. Wichman says he never intended for his e-
mail to be made public, and wouldn't have used the same strong
language if he'd known it was going to get out.

Send this to your friends, and ask them to do the same. Tell them
to keep passing it around until the whole country gets it. We are in a
war. This political correctness is getting old and killing us.

If you agree with this, please send it to all your friends, if not
simply delete it.

That's like another story I heard. This one church, in an effort to bridge the gap between Christians and Muslims invited a Muslim to come speak to their church. The Muslim said that the purpose of his religion was to recruit as many Muslims as they could to kill all the infidels. When someone asked him who are the infidels the Muslim said that an infidel was anyone who wasn't a Muslim. So the church leader asked the Muslim that wouldn't it be better to follow someone who taught to love your fellow man than to follow someone who teaches to kill those who don't believe the same as you do?

Think about it.

JUDGE DISMISSES PLAME LAWSUIT

LEAK

Although it's against federal law to release the name of a CIA agent's name, and one person has already been sentenced in this case, a federal judge dismissed Valarie Plame's lawsuit against 4 members of Bush's administration. Plame claims her identity was released in retaliation for her husband, Joseph Wilson's criticism of the war in Iraq.

NORTH KOREA STOPS NUCLEAR REACTOR

NORTH KOREA

The International Atomic Energy Agency has verifyed that North Korea has shut down it's sole reactor producing nuclear material. This leaves Iran as the only country outside the controls of the IAEA.

FREE SPEECH-CON'T

Karen Y said...

Hhhhmmmmmmm...........sounds like they need to review what free speech is. I believe every issue should be open to debate; however, it should always remain respectable to allow people to give solid opinions and not ones polluted with foul non-thinking word choices.

I know over the years the Supreme Court has defined free speech, but this is the first time an age was tied to it. I know you can't yell "fire" in a crowded room, but to make a joke about drug use, while dis-tasteful, shouldn't be considered illegal unless it's promoting such acts.

CHENEY

I got this response from my post about Cheney. Whether it's legit or not, I don't have the ability to make a video as this person asks.

Executive Privilege

Do you think it's fair for the White House to refuse to hand over Vice President Dick Cheney's records to Congress? Is the President over-extending the use of Executive Privilege? Tell us what you think!

I'M BACK

Readers,

Just want to let you know that I was in the hospital for a week. I developed cellulitus in my right leg again. Those who know me personally know that I have had this several times before. But I'm back and recovering nicely. Sorry I haven't been able to write until now. I do appreciate the responses I got while I was gone.
